About Repair and Maintenance

We offer repair and maintenance services to ERABISOU (選美槽) and WABURO bathtubs.
Please inquire with us regarding stone and wood cleaning, as well as replacement of parts.
For easy reference and a smooth transaction, please always keep your user manual and warranty on hand.

●We request the following information in the event that a request is made

(1)Name, address, and phone number

(2)Serial number of the product

(3)Delivery date

(4)Details of the problem, breakdown, or strange circumstance (if possible, please be concrete in describing the details)

(5)Preferred inspection date

Repair fee if still within the warranty period

As a general rule, we conduct our repair services for free if the repair occurs within the warranty period, but it may vary depending on the stipulations written on the warranty. (The date is written on the warranty certificate)
There are instances that certain fees may still be charged even when the repair occurs during the warranty period, so please make sure to confirm the stipulations written on your warranty.

Repair fee if the the warranty period has already been passed

Fees will be charged upon repair.

Breakdown of the repair fees

【Technical fee】Diagnosis, repair, modification, inspection, etc.
【Cost for parts】 The cost of the parts and other additional materials necessary to conduct the repair
【Travel Expenses】 The cost to send our technical expert to repair upon one’s request

Repair and Maintenance Flow

STEP1Inquiry

STEP2Service Quotation

We shall create a quotation for the repair and maintenance services we will conduct.
As a general rule, we conduct our repair services for free if the repair occurs within the warranty period, but it may vary depending on the stipulations written on the warranty.
There are instances that certain fees may still be charged even when the repair occurs during the warranty period, so please make sure to confirm the stipulations written on your warranty.

STEP3Result of the diagnosis and an explanation of the quotation

We will ask for your acknowledgment regarding the parts that need to be fixed, the repair method, as well as explain the breakdown of the quotation before we conduct any repairs.

STEP4Report of the finished repairs

After the work has been finished, we will give a report on the repairs that have been conducted. (If you have any particular concerns, please feel free to ask any of the staff working on the repairs)
We will send an invoice at a later date for repairs that have fees. Please pay using your preferred financial institution.*

※Please be aware that if the transfer of payment is late by 2 weeks or more, a designated person from the company that conducted the repairs will call to confirm the state of the payment.
